We encourage companies that meet our investment criteria to submit a financing proposal. We recommend the inclusion of the following information to expedite the initial review:

1. Amount of investment capital requested and the anticipated use of proceeds. Please include post financing pro formas (projections) and tell us if you are out for more than the amount requested from us;

2. Current business plan including company background and a description of current and future operations;

3. Audited annual financial statements from the last 3 years;

4. Current and proposed ownership structure including the background, education and experience of the management team; and

5. Projected financial statements for the next 3 years.
