BWS Capital Partners, LLC., has a working relationship with Gael Partners, LLC., who will provide direct capital for qualified small to middle market businesses to finance later-stage growth, strategic acquisition, ownership transition and recapitalization. The primary investors of our capital resources such as Gael Partners, LLC., are institutional investors along with local regional banks and private funding sources.

The direct capital raised from Gael Partners, LLC., provides the layer of a company’s capital structure between senior debt and common equity. For company with track record of profitability that cannot obtain the desired level of financing, this is an attractive alternative to raising the needed fund. This funding alternative provides a cost-efficient and less-dilutive financing in comparison to the traditional common equity offering.

Gael Partners, LLC., was formed in 2004 and is based in Davis, CA. It was formed to make investments in private, middle market companies primarily located in California. Gael Partners, LLC., launched the Central Valley Fund, LP., in September of 2005 with institutional investment commitments from CalPERS, Wells Fargo Bank and several other local and regional community banks along with a number of strategic individual investors.
